Registration is free. Participants are only required to pay for accommodation:

- Accommodation in a double room :

240 Tunisian dinars per night full board (breakfast, 2 meals and coffee break)

- Single supplement: 80 Tunisian dinars per night

Yes, registration is compulsory and essential to take part in the conference.

Q-4 What is the procedure for an order form?

 Please specify that you wish to pay by purchase order in the previous form. An invoice for the conference (i.e. an estimate) will be sent to you in return. With this document and a letter of invitation, you can have an administrative purchase order drawn up by your institution, which must reach us by 02 November 2024. (Don't forget to scan the order form and email it to us. Above all, keep the original and make sure you present it on the day of the conference, otherwise payment cannot be made).
